摘要
近年来,人工智能在商业银行的广泛应用提升了金融机构的服务效率,拓展了金融服务的广度和深度。人工智能技术在银行中的应用领域主要有通过精准客户画像提升获客能力,提升服务品质降低运营成本,实现低成本、差异化服务客户,进行金融预测和风险管理等。随着科技的发展,人工智能技术将会在金融领域得到爆发,商业银行应该提高对人工智能产业的金融服务能力及加快人工智能技术研究与运用,推进数字化银行建设。
In recent years,the wide application of artificial intelligence in commercial banks has improved the service efficiency of financial institutions and expanded the breadth and depth of financial services.The application fields of artificial intelligence technology in banks mainly include improving customer acquisition ability through accurate customer portrait,improving service quality and reducing operation cost,realizing low-cost and differentiated service for customers,financial forecasting and risk management,etc.With the development of science and technology,artificial intelligence technology will break out in the financial field.Commercial banks should improve the financial service ability of artificial intelligence industry,accelerate the research and application of artificial intelligence technology,and promote the construction of digital banks.
