摘要
实验室是高校教学、科研和人才培养的重要场所,是“双一流”建设的重要基地。新形势下,科研实验室与教学实验室存在着交叉融合与开放共享,实验室人员流动性增大,导致化学实验室安全管理的复杂性和难度进一步加大。以黑龙江大学为例,针对新形势下化学实验室面临的新问题,通过各层面安全制度和多层级安全责任体系的建立健全,多层次安全教育体系的设置,信息化平台和安全保障建设等方面进行了新的探索与建设,构建了新形势下化学实验室安全管理体系。实践表明,通过安全管理体系的构建,降低了安全事故发生的概率,为师生营造一个安全的实验环境。
The laboratory is an important place for teaching,scientific research and talent training in universities,and it is an important base for the construction of"double first-class".Under new situation,the scientific research and the teaching laboratory exhibit the cross fusion and the open sharing.The safety management of chemical laboratories becomes challenge along with the increase of various researchers.Taking Heilongjiang university as an example,a new exploration and establishment for laboratory safety management system is necessary for the new safety problems existing in the chemical laboratory under new situation,by way of establishing a multi-level security and responsibility system,we set up a multi-level security education system and information platform,etc.As a result,the occurrence of safety accidents is reduced and a safe experimental environment is created for teachers and students through the establishment of safety management system.
