摘要
高校实验室是进行实验教学和科学研究的重要基地,实验室安全关系到高校乃至整个社会的安全和稳定。首先归纳了实验室安全管理所面临的四大问题,并分析出现这些问题的原因。接着根据当今高校实验室安全管理的新特点,重点从健全实验室安全制度、加强实验室安全教育和培训、加强实验室安全基础设施设计、培育良好的实验室安全文化氛围、实施全面的实验室安全管理评价方案几个方面,结合学校实际,对如何建立完善的实验室安全管理体系以及如何评价其实施效果进行了阐述。并加以实施,提高了实验室安全管理水平。
University laboratory is an important base of the experimental teaching and scientific research. Laboratory safety is critical to the security and stability of universities and the whole society. The paper started to summ up the four major problems of laboratory safety which we face,and then analyzed the reasons for these problems. After that, according to the new features of today＇s university laboratory safety,the paper demonstrates measure of laboratory safety management based on the real situation of Jiangnan University. These measures contain improving laboratory safety system,enhancing laboratory safety education and training,enhancing laboratory safety infrastructure design,cultivating good laboratory safety culture. Practice proves that these measures greatly promote the level of laboratory safety management.
