介绍复合喷吹铁水脱硫在冶金工业中的重要作用,重点讨论其工艺流程和设备的设计合理性、实用性和可靠性。采用复合喷吹脱硫的工艺,具有处理时间短、粉剂消耗低、处理后硫含量低、综合处理成本最优特点,是值得推广和普遍采用的高效脱硫技术。
This article introduces the important role of combined blowing process hot metal desulphurization in the metallurgical industry,emphasis discussing the rationality,practicability, reliability,stability and economy for designing of the technological process and equipment.The desulphurization process of combined blowing process has following merits： short treatment time,low powder consumption,final sulfur content and treatment cost.So it is a high efficiency predesulphurization technology and is good for popularization.
