摘要
针对当前维修保障能力评估研究缺乏对装备维修保障能力规范化描述环节,对评估实施规范性不强的问题,将DoDAF技术引入装备维修保障能力评估领域。在构建装备维修保障能力评估指标体系的基础上,设计基于DoDAF的装备维修保障能力评估思路,规范装备维修保障能力描述内容,提出建模步骤,并通过实例进行验证。结果表明:该研究能实现评估指标和评估方法之间的有效衔接,为全面描述和客观评估维修保障能力建设情况提供技术支撑。
Because of the lack of equipment maintenance support capability description for the current equipment maintenance support capability evaluation,which is poor standardization for implementing,the article brings the DoDAF technology into the area of the equipment support capabilities evaluation.Based on the indicator system of the equipment maintenance support capability evaluation,it designs the idea of the equipment maintenance support capability evaluation based on DoDAF,standardizes the content of the equipment maintenance support capability description,provides the modeling steps,and validates feasibility by using the example.The results show that it can realize the connection of the evaluation index and the evaluation method effectively,and provide the technology support for the comprehensive description and the objective evaluation of the equipment support capabilities building.
