摘要
介绍了以分单元核算、绩效评定为基础的焦化全流程管理模式在生产的应用实践。在生产系统整体构架下,基于系统平衡和生产流程,将生产系统细分为若干个独立核算单元。突出各单元内部效能、能耗等,同时实现生产系统的全流程管控,进而提升精细化管控水平,并形成相对独立的评价体系。
This paper introduces the application process of coking whole process management mode based on sub-unit accounting and performance evaluation in production process.Under the overall framework of production system,the production system is subdivided into several independent accounting units based on system balance and production process.At the same time,the internal efficiency and energy consumption of each unit realize the whole process control of the production system,thus improving the level of fine control and forming a relatively independent evaluation system.
