摘要
印紫色素色的天丝棉交织面料在家庭洗涤时,面料表面出现色浅及折痕白印现象。为了解决这个问题,加强天丝纤维皮芯层各巨原纤之间的结合力,后整理采用树脂交联降低因水和机械作用力造成的天丝原纤化。另一方面通过染素色解决此问题,当天丝棉面料染色后,由于染料在面料中充分渗透和固着,即使天丝面料发生原纤化造成面料表面漫反射或部分绒毛掉落,也能掩盖颜色偏浅的问题。洗前洗后的色差等级仍达到3~4级或4级。
The surface of purple printed plain Tencel-cotton interwoven fabric exhibited problems such as light color,crease and white marks during household washing. In order to solve the above problems, the binding force between the giant fibrils of Tencel fiber’s sheath-core layers was strengthened, and the resin crosslinking was used to reduce Tencel fibrillation caused by water and mechanical forces in the finishing. On the other hand, the problem could be solved by dyeing plain color. After Tencel-cotton fabric was dyed, due to the full penetration and fixation of the dye in the fabric, the problem of light color could be masked even if the dyed fabricwas fibrillated, which caused diffuse reflection on the surface or some fluff falls. The color difference before and after washing was still grade 3~4 or grade 4.
