摘要
利用天丝纤维高溶胀性能及遇水变硬特性,使其经烧碱无张力处理,再机械摔打,可获得所需的持久性织物纹理,经碱缩后,手感柔软富有弹性,风格独特、时尚。文中给出了该类产品的碱缩、漂白、酶处理、染色和后整理工艺。
Based on high-swelling and stiffen characteristics of tencel fiber in water, wet processing of tencel and cotton blen- ded fabric is carried out with caustic soda under tension-free and mechanically beat to obtain lasting ice pattern. After alkali shrinkage, the fabric has soft and elastic hand. The processes of alkali shrinkage, bleaching, enzymatic treating, dyeing and after-finishing are introduced.
