摘要
目的:观察十四味融结汤辅治乳腺增生患者效果及对中医症候、激素水平和外周血P53蛋白、转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)水平的影响。方法:将72例乳腺增生患者随机均分为研究组(十四味融结汤联合红金消结胶囊治疗)和对照组(单纯红金消结胶囊治疗),比较两组治疗效果、中医症状积分、激素水平[雌二醇(E_2)、孕酮(P)、催乳素(PRL)、黄体生成素(LH)]、疾病因子[血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)、收缩期最高流速(Vmax)、阻力指数(RI)]、外周血P53蛋白及TGF-β1水平。结果:治疗12周后,两组患者临床有效率分别为94.44%和80.56%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者乳房肿块、乳房经前胀痛、胸闷胁胀、少气懒言、舌淡红苔薄白及脉弦细数积分均明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组降低幅度更大(P<0.05);两组患者E_2、PRL水平明显减少(P<0.05),P、LH水平明显增加(P<0.05),且研究组变化幅度更大(P<0.05);两组患者TGF-β1与P53蛋白水平均明显降低(P<0.05),且研究组降低幅度更大(P<0.05);两组患者VEGF、bFGF、RI水平均明显降低(P<0.05),Vmax水平明显增加,且研究组变化幅度更大(P<0.05)。结论:十四味融结汤辅助治疗乳腺增生患者效果良好,有效降低中医症候积分、TGF-β1与P53蛋白水平,改善激素水平。
Objective:To study the effect of applying Shisiwei Rongjie Decoction adjuvant therapy in treating patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands and its influence on TCM symptoms,hormones levels and peripheral blood P53 protein and transforming growth factor β1(TGF-β1).Methods:72 patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands were randomly divided into study group(Shisiwei Rongjie Decoction combined with Hongjin Xiaojie Capsule) and controlled group(simple Hongjin Xiaojie Capsule).The therapeutic effects,TCM symptoms scores,hormones levels [estradiol(E2),progesterone(P),prolactin(PRL),luteinizing hormone(LH)],disease factors [vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF),maximum systolic velocity(Vmax),resistance index(RI)] and peripheral blood P53 protein and TGF-β1 were compared between the two groups.Results:After 12 weeks of treatment,the clinical effective rates in the two groups were 94.44% and 80.56% respectively(P>0.05).The scores of breast lumps,breast premenstrual pain,chest distress and bloating,lack of energy and laziness,pink tongue and thin white fur and fine rapid stringlike pulse were significantly decreased in the two groups(P<0.05),and the decreases were greater in the observation group(P<0.05).The levels of E2 and PRL were significantly decreased in the two groups(P<0.05) while the levels of P and LH were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the changes were greater in the study group(P<0.05).The levels of TGF-β1 and P53 protein were significantly decreased in the two groups(P<0.05),and the decreases were greater in the study group(P<0.05).The levels of VEGF,bFGF and RI were significantly decreased in the two groups(P<0.05) while the Vmax level was significantly increased,and the changes were greater in the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shisiwei Rongjie Decoction adjuvant therapy has good effects in the treatment of patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands,and it can effectively reduce TCM symptoms scores and levels of TCM-β1 and P53 protein and improve hormones levels.
