摘要
目的:探究岩鹿乳康胶囊联合枸橼酸托瑞米芬片在乳腺增生患者中的应用效果。方法:按照随机数字表法将2021年6月至2023年8月平顶山河舞总医院收治的乳腺增生患者66例分为两组。对照组(n=33)给予枸橼酸托瑞米芬片治疗,观察组(n=33)给予岩鹿乳康胶囊联合枸橼酸托瑞米芬片治疗,连续治疗3个疗程。比较两组临床疗效、乳腺超声指标、雌激素水平、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、丙二醛(MDA)水平、不良反应和疾病复发率。结果:相对于对照组,观察组治疗总有效率较高(P<0.05);相对于对照组,观察组治疗后乳腺超声指标均较低,雌激素水平较优,VEGF和MDA水平均较低(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);相对于对照组,观察组疾病复发率较低(P<0.05)。结论:乳腺增生患者采用岩鹿乳康胶囊联合枸橼酸托瑞米芬片治疗,效果确切,能够改善患者乳腺超声指标和雌激素水平,促进外周血清学指标转归,降低疾病复发率,安全可靠。
Objective:To investigate the application efficacy of Yanlu Rukang capsules combined with toremifene citrate tablets in patients with breast hyperplasia.Methods:66 patients with breast hyperplasia admitted to Hewu General Hospital of Pingdingshan between June 2021 and August 2023 were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table.The control group(n=33)was treated with Toremifene Citrate Tablets,while the observation group(n=33)received a combination therapy of Yanlu Rukang Capsules and Toremifene Citrate Tablets.Both groups were treated continuously for three courses.Clinical efficacy,breast ultrasound indicators,estrogen levels,vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),malondialdehyde(MDA)levels,adverse reactions and disease recurrence rates were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the observation group showed a significantly higher overall treatment efficiency(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group exhibited lower breast ultrasound indicators,better estrogen levels,and lower VEGF and MDA levels than the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Additionally,the observation group had a lower disease recurrence rate compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combination therapy of Yanlu Rukang capsules and toremifene citrate tablets is effective in the treatment of breast hyperplasia.It can improve breast ultrasound indicators and estrogen levels,promote peripheral serological indicators to turn favorable,reduce disease recurrence rates,and is safe and reliable.
