摘要
近年来,按照国家的政策要求,山西全省新能源装机容量逐年增多.随着技术的不断提升,使新能源装机成本逐年下降.而从2020年起,取消煤电价格联动机制,将现行的标杆电价改为了"基准价+上下浮动"机制,使得目前各类供电需求,尤其是发电侧火力发电企业与新能源逐年上升的装机容量的消纳矛盾日益突出,新能源消纳的任务相当艰巨,火电机组参与调峰成为一种必然趋势.本文就山西火电机组深调峰成本及发电成本测算进行分析.
In recent years,according to the national policy requirements,with the increase of new energy installed capacity and the continuous improvement of technology,the cost of new energy installed capacity has decreased year by year.Since 2020,the linkage mechanism of coal and electricity prices has been cancelled,and the current benchmark electricity price has been changed into“benchmark price+fl uctuation”mechanism,which makes the contradiction between the current power supply demand,especially between the thermal power generation enterprises and the installed capacity of new energy increasing year by year,increasingly prominent,and the task of new energy consumption is quite arduous.
