摘要
简要回顾了我国应急管理的发展历程,结合电力企业应急预案体系的形成和实践,从电力企业应急预案基层管理者的角度归纳总结了电力企业应急预案管理的困难和体会,对改进和完善电力企业应急预案管理提出了展望建议。
This paper briefly reviews the development history of emergency management in our country,combined with the formation and practice of emergency plan system in electric power enterprises,summarizes the difficulties and experiences of emergency plan management in electric power enterprises from the perspective of the basic level managers of emergency plan,and puts forward prospective suggestions for improving and perfecting the emergency plan management in electric power enterprises.
