疫情防控紧急状态下医院护理人力资源配置与动员管理策略 被引量:65

Studying on The Allocation and Management Strategy of Hospital Nursing Human Resources in Emergent Epidemic Prevention and Control

摘要 医院护理人力资源是疫情防控与救治生命的主力军。新型冠状肺炎疫情防控对护理人力资源数量、质量和分布提出了较高的要求。然而,在疫情防控紧急状态下,管理者调配护理人力资源时,面临护理应急管理体系不健全,部门和信息壁垒,专业匹配度低,团队缺乏协同等困境。针对上述困境,需健全护理应急组织体系,建立信息共享模式,整合护理人力资源并科学调配。同时,建立培训演练体系,为疫情防控输送专业人才;采用网格化管理,提高部门协同和护理工作效能。 Nursing human resources are the main force to prevent and control the epidemics and save the life,which was requested by the Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia from quantity,quality and distribution.However,in emergent epidemic prevention and control,there had some difficulties,such as imperfect nursing emergency management system,departments and information barriers,lower professional matching degree,and insufficient team cooperation.It is suggested to improve the nursing emergency organization system,establish information sharing mechanism,integrate nursing human resources,develop training and drilling system,and adopt grid management.
