摘要
[目的]分析湖北省护理人力资源配置现状,为政府制定和优化护理人力资源配置提供参考依据。[方法]分别查询湖北省17个州市《2018年统计年鉴》,获得护理人力资源评价相关指标,采用秩和比法(RSR)及方差分析对各州市护理人力资源配置优劣进行排序。[结果]湖北省各州市护理人力资源配置可分为4档,其中武汉、黄石和宜昌市位于最优档,鄂州、恩施、荆门、神农架、潜江和十堰市位于中档,荆州、襄阳、天门、孝感、仙桃和咸宁市位于较差档,随州和黄冈市位于最差档。[结论]湖北省各州市护理人力资源存在不均衡性,可能与区域综合经济竞争力和教育水平等因素有关,需从制度和人才方面入手,逐步提升护理人力资源配置的公平性和可及性。
Objective:It analyzed the status of nursing human resource allocation in Hubei province in order to provide a scientific reference for the government to formulate and optimize the nursing human resource allocation.Methods:By querying the 2018 Statistical Yearbook of 17 counties and cities in Hubei province,the relevant evaluation indexes of nursing human resources were obtained,and the RSR method and variance analysis were used to sort the advantages and disadvantages of nursing human resources in each county and city.Results:The allocation of nursing human resources in Hubei province could be divided into four levels.Wuhan,Huangshi and Yichang were at the best level.Ezhou,Enshi,Jingmen,Shennongjia,Qianjiang and Shiyan were at the middle level.Jingzhou,Xiangyang,Tianmen,Xiaogan,Xiantao and Xianning were at the inferior level.Suizhou and Huanggang were at the worst level.Conclusions:The imbalance of nursing human resources in various counties of Hubei province may be related to the many factors,such as regional comprehensive economic competitiveness,education level and so on.And it is necessary to improve the equity and accessibility of nursing human resource allocation from the perspective of system and talents.
