摘要
跨学科是美国开展创新创业的关键词。解决复杂现实问题、创新创业政策的刺激及浓郁的创业文化是美国高校开展创新创业教育的驱动力。美国高校打造了跨学科的创新创业教育的理念、课程、师资与服务体系。而我国高校的创新创业教育依然存在理念落后、课程"两张皮"、师资薄弱及服务体系封闭等问题。因此,借鉴美国高校的经验,我国高校应树立基于系统思维的科学创新创业理念,构建基于跨学科的浸入式创业深度学习微情境,打造基于资源整合的"全链条"创业实践平台,建设基于遴选机制的精干创业教学教师队伍。
Interdiscipline is the key word for innovation and entrepreneurship in the United States. And the driving forces behind the innovation and entrepreneurship education in American universities is from their solving complex real-life problems, the stimulation of innovation and entrepreneurship policies, and a strong entrepreneurial culture. Because of which, American colleges and universities have built the interdisciplinary concept, curriculum, faculty and service system in the innovation and entrepreneurship education. In contrast, the innovation and entrepreneurship education in China’s colleges and universities still has problems, like backward ideas, function-seperated courses, weak faculties, and the closed service systems. Therefore, by the experience of American universities, colleges and universities in China should establish a scientific innovation and entrepreneurship concept based on systematic thinking, build an interdisciplinary micro-environment based on immersive entrepreneurship deep learning, create a "full chain" entrepreneurial practice platform based on resource integration, and build a team of competent entrepreneurship teaching teachers based on the selection mechanism.
