摘要
落实中小学校办学自主权、激发中小学校办学活力,是我国教育体制改革之关键,是学校形成办学特色、实现自身发展的重要保障,更是遵循教育规律的必然要求。为贯彻落实全国教育大会精神,切实提高中小学办学质量,教育部在全国范围内开展了“落实中小学办学自主权,激发办学活力情况的调查研究。本文结合“J省落实中小学办学自主权,激发办学活力情况”的调研现状,汇总和分析其中存在的问题,进而提出破解问题的策略,以全面推进和深化中小学办学自主权机制改革。
It is the key to the reform of education system,the important guarantee for schools to form the characteristics of running schools and realize their own development,and the inevitable requirement for schools to follow the law of education.In order to implement the spirit of the national education conference and effectively improve the quality of primary and secondary schools,the ministry of education has carried out a nationwide investigation and research on"implementing the autonomy of primary and secondary schools in running schools and stimulating their vitality".In this paper,combined with the research status of"the implementation of the autonomy of primary and secondary schools in J province and the stimulation of their educational vitality",the author summarizes and analyzes the problems in the implementation of the autonomy of primary and secondary schools and the stimulation of their educational vitality in J province,and then proposes strategies to solve the problems,comprehensively promote and deepen the reform of the autonomy mechanism of running school in primary and secondary schools.
