摘要
本文针对全钢轮胎生产过程,选取胶料挤出工序,运用PFMEA(过程失效模式及后果分析)进行分析,并通过相应控制措施的落实,解决胶料黏性差、胶料熟胶、表面泛蓝等病象,从而减少返炼成本,提高产品的质量稳定性。
In this paper,for the production process of all-steel tires,the rubber extrusion process is selected,PFMEA(process failure mode and consequence analysis)is used for analysis,and the implementation of corresponding control measures to solve the problem of poor rubber viscosity,rubber scorch,and the surface of the rubber is bluish and other diseases,thereby reducing the cost of refining and improving the quality stability of the product.
