摘要
目的:研究中药注射剂的不良反应发生情况及对策。方法:选取2014年5月-2018年12月于安顺市人民医院使用中药注射剂进行治疗的患者,对他们的不良反应发生情况进行统计与分析,对使用中药注射剂产生不良反应的情况实施一系列的预防对策,如:对症用药、合并用药、溶媒选择以及静脉注射时滴速的控制等,观察中药注射剂不良反应的改善情况。结果:实施预防干预措施之前,中药注射剂不良反应占中药不良反应的78.7%(37/47),实施预防干预措施之后,中药注射剂不良反应占中药不良反应的62.5%(15/24),实施预防干预措施前后,中药注射剂不良反应占中药不良反应的对比差异显著(P <0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:患者使用中药注射剂之后出现不良反应的因素有很多,包括药物自身因素与临床使用因素等,这些因素都能够引起患者不良反应的出现,医院要想降低患者使用中药注射剂后的不良反应发生概率,就必须从中药注射剂的源头与使用两个方面来进行控制,这样才能够有效减少患者不良反应的发生概率,保障患者的身体健康。
Objective:To study the adverse reactions of traditional Chinese medicine injection and its countermeasures.Methods:Patients treated with TCM injections in our hospital from May 2014 to December 2018 were selected,and their adverse reactions were statistically analyzed,and a series of preventive measures were implemented for adverse reactions caused by TCM injections,such as symptomatic drug use,combined drug use,solvent selection and intravenous drip rate control,etc.,the improvement of adverse reactions of traditional Chinese medicine injection was observed.Results:Prior to the implementation of prevention interventions,traditional Chinese medicine injection adverse reactions accounted for 78.7%(37/47)of Chinese traditional medicine adverse reaction,after the implementation of prevention interventions,traditional Chinese medicine injection adverse reactions accounted for 62.5%(15/24)of Chinese traditional medicine adverse reaction,there was significant difference in traditional Chinese medicine injection adverse reaction before and after the implementation of prevention interventions(P<0.05),which was with statistical significance.Conclusion:There are many factors causing adverse reactions in patients after the use of TCM injection,including the drug itself and clinical use factors,etc.,all of which can cause adverse reactions in patients.If the hospital wants to reduce the probability of adverse reactions of patients after using TCM injections,control from the source and rational use of TCM injections are a must,so as to effectively reduce the probability of adverse reactions of patients and protect their health.
