摘要
目的探究2018—2020年龙岩人民医院内分泌科药品不良反应报告。方法选取2018年1月至2020年12月龙岩人民医院内分泌科302份药品不良反应报告,研究分析不良反应严重程度、给药途径、累及器官与系统情况。结果302份不良反应报告中,一般情况96例(31.8%),严重情况33例(10.9%),新的一般情况122例(40.4%),新的严重情况51例(16.9%);药品给药途径中,不良反应发生率最高的是口服124例(41.1%),其次是静脉滴注81例(26.8%)、静脉注射67例(22.2%)等途径;药品不良反应所累及器官与系统分别为,皮肤及附件80例(26.5%),呼吸系统51例(16.9%),消化系统45例(14.9%)等。结论内分泌科药品不良反应报告的产生受给药途径、病情严重程度等多种因素影响,医院需要不断完善相关监测体系,并制订并落实相关考核标准,同时需要临床医师加深对不良反应报告的认识程度,提高专业水平,为随后合理化用药提供参考依据。
Objective To investigate the adverse drug reactions reports of Endocrinology Department of Longyan People's Hospital from 2018 to 2020.Methods A total of 302 reports of adverse drug reactions were collected from the Endocrinology Department of Longyan People's Hospital of Fujian from January 2018 to December 2020,and the severity of adverse drug reactions,administration routes,organs and systems involved were analyzed.Results Among 302 reports of adverse reactions,96 cases(31.8%)were general,33 cases(10.9%)were serious,122 cases(40.4%)were new general,51 cases(16.9%)were new serious.The highest incidence of adverse reactions was 124 cases(41.1%)by oral administration,81 cases(26.8%)by intravenous infusion,and 67 cases(22.2%)by intravenous injection.The organs and systems involved in adr were skin and accessories in 80 cases(26.5%),respiratory system in 51 cases(16.9%),digestive system in 45 cases(14.9%),etc.Conclusion Endocrinology of adverse drug reactions reports produced by dosing way,disease severity,and other factors,the hospital needs to constantly improve the monitoring system,and formulate and implement the related assessment standards,at the same time need to clinicians to deepen the cognition degree of adverse reactions report,improve their professional level,provide a reference basis for doctors then rationalization.
