摘要
湖北省输变电工程造成的水土流失日益严重,为进一步强化输变电工程建设单位主体责任,加强建设项目水土保持事中事后监管,通过对湖北省11个典型输变电类建设项目的水土流失情况研究,分析不同建设阶段、不同防治分区、不同地貌类型区条件下的水土流失特点,揭示湖北省输变电工程建设的水土流失规律,为区域内输变电工程水土流失防治和水土保持监测工作提供科学依据。
The soil erosion caused by power transmission engineering in Hubei Province is becoming increasingly serious.In order to further strengthen the main responsibility of construction unit of the power transmission engineering and the executive-,and post-event supervision of soil and water conservation in the construction project,this study analyzes the characteristics of soil erosion under different construction stages,different control zones,and different types of landforms based on a case study of soil and water loss in 11 power transmission construction projects in Hubei Province.The analysis revealed the characteristics and laws of soil erosion in the construction project of power transmission engineering in Hubei Province.The research results can provide a scientific basis of the prevention of soil and water loss,and soil and water conservation monitoring for power transmission engineering in the region.
