摘要 法学研究生“沉浸式”全英文教学在当前形势下具有紧迫性和必要性,但因为受政策、英语水平等因素制约,其在具体实施过程中不可避免地遭遇某些困境,如研究生扩招问题、全英文授课教学效果问题、教材问题、教学评价单一问题等,严重影响了教学效果及教学目标,而走出这些困境的关键就是采用在线课程和“翻转课堂”相结合的教学模式,改革法学研究生课程体系开设更多的法学相关全英文课程,在英文原版教材基础上自主编写全英文教材,以及构建科学的全英文教学评价体系等。 The"immersion"teaching of law postgraduates is urgent and necessary under the current situation.However,due to the restrictions of policy and English proficiency,it inevitably encounters some difficulties in the implementation process,such as the enlargement of postgraduate enrollment,the proportion of Chinese and English used in teaching,the problem of textbooks and the single evaluation of teaching,which has seriously affected the effect of bilingual teaching and teaching objectives.The key to getting out of these difficulties is to adopt the teaching mode of combining online courses with"flipped classroom",compile textbooks independently on the basis of the original English textbooks and construct a scientific teaching evaluation system.
