摘要
为了合理设计汽车悬架的元件从而改善车辆的安全性能和舒适性能,本文利用SolidWorks软件建立汽车悬架的三维模型,而后导入ADAMS软件中进行运动仿真分析,包括前轮主销后倾角、前轮主销内倾角、前轮外倾角和前轮前束角随车轮跳动的变化特性,仿真结果可以为汽车悬架的优化设计提供可靠的依据。
In order to reasonably design the components of automobile suspensions and improve the safety and comfort performance of vehicles,SolidWorks software is used to establish the three-dimensional model of automobile suspensions,and then import it into ADAMS software to carry out the motion simulation analysis,including the change characteristics of the caster angle,the inclination angle,the camber angle and the toe angle of the front wheel with the wheel runout.The results of simulation data of vehicle driving process can provide a reliable basis for the optimal design of automobile suspensions.
