摘要
应用型人才是地方应用型本科高校的主要人才培养目标,开放性实验室是培养应用型人才工程实践能力的重要基地。分析了目前高校开放性实验室建设的现状和存在的问题,结合我校机械工程学院工程训练中心的实际,在实验室管理制度建设、实验室开放模式、实验师资队伍的建设等方面进行了研究,提出相关解决的对策。
The applied talents are the main training targets of the local application-oriented universities;open laboratory is an important means to cultivate engineering practice ability. Based on the practice of the engineering training center of school of mechanical engineering shangqiu institute of technology, this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the construction and development of open laboratories in local application-oriented universities, makes studies on the construction of laboratory management system, laboratory opening mode, construction of experimental teaching staff and other aspects, and puts forward relevant solutions.
