摘要
利用气相色谱质谱联用技术对六种稻谷中常见有害霉菌的挥发性物质进行检测分析,研究发现:实验选取的灰绿曲霉3.3975、亮白曲霉、橘灰青霉Pp、产黄青霉M31、尖孢镰刀菌Pr、有毒镰刀菌6种霉菌生长期间产生的挥发性物质主要是烷类、烯类、醇类、酮类、醛类、酸酯类、杂环类及其他等七大类,其中,灰绿曲霉:1,3-二氯苯、1,4-二氯苯;亮白曲霉:十一烷、桉油精;橘灰青霉Pp:1-乙基环戊烯、2-甲氧基-3-(2-甲基丙基)-吡嗪;产黄青霉M31:邻二甲苯、对二甲苯、1,3-辛二烯;尖孢镰刀菌Pr:柠檬烯、贝壳杉烯;有毒镰刀菌:3-氯-4-甲氧基苯甲醛、3,4-二甲氧基苯甲醛。这一结果初步表明通过检测某种霉菌产生的特征性物质进而对霉菌的生长进行精准检测的可行性,并为储粮霉菌的检测控制研究提供了参考。
The volatile substances of six common harmful fungi in rice were detected and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).It was found that the volatile substances produced by Aspergillus aeruginosa 3.3975,Aspergillus brightens,Penicillium citri,Penicillium chrysogenum M31,Fusarium oxysporum and Fusarium toxicum during the growth of the six fungi were the main ones.It was composed of alkanes,alkenes,alcohols,ketones,aldehydes,esters,heterocycles and others.Among them,Aspergillus Aspergillus grey:1,3-dichlorobenzene,1,4-dichlorobenzene;Aspergillus leucocephala:undecane,Eucalyptus oil;Penicillium citri:1-ethyl cyclopentene,2-methoxy-3-(2-methylpropyl)-pyrazine;Penicillium flavum M31:o-xylene,1,4-dichlorobenzene.P-xylene,1,3-octadiene;Fusarium oxysporum:limonene,chitosan;Toxic Fusarium:3-chloro-4-methoxybenzaldehyde,3,4-dimethoxybenzaldehyde.This result preliminarily showed the feasibility of precise detection of the growth of fungi by detecting the characteristic substances produced by certain fungi,and provided new basic data for the detection and control of stored grain fungi.
