摘要
使用DCS系统默认的蜂鸣报警声,可以在一定程度上起到警示作用,但报警级别和部位不易区分,操作人员易对频繁的蜂鸣声产生听觉疲劳,从而忽略重要报警。为迅速引起操作人员的注意,在最短时间内作出反应,获取报警的信息,及时处理问题,确保系统的安全运行,本文以和利时MACS V软件为例,详细介绍了语音报警组态和使用方法。
The default buzzer alarm sound of DCS system can play a warning role to a certain extent,but the alarm level and location are not easy to distinguish,and operators are prone to produce auditory fatigue for frequent buzzers,thus ignoring important alarms.In order to attract the attention of operators quickly,make response in the shortest time,obtain alarm information,deal with problems timely,and ensure the safe operation of the system,this paper takes hollysys MACS V software as an example,and introduces in detail the configuration and usage of voice alarm.
