摘要
运动员保障工作是体育强国建设的民生工程,应通过重塑我国运动员社会保障发展理念、重定我国运动员社会保障发展目标、重组我国运动员社会保障体系结构、重划我国运动员社会保障主体责任及重构我国运动员社会保障管理体制,从体制上、机制上、政策上解决运动员社会保障问题.
The athletes′support work is a livelihood project for the constr-uction of the Sports Powerful Country.It is necessary to reshape the social se-curity development concept of Chinese athletes,re-establish the social securit-y development goals of Chinese athletes,reorganize the social security system structure of Chinese athletes,redefine the responsibility of Chinese athletes'social security,and reconstruct the social security management system of Chine-se athletes.Solve the issue of athletes'social security from the institutional,institutional,and policy perspectives.
