摘要
运用文献资料法、访谈调查法和开放式问卷调查,从意识、思维及心理素质、基础实战技能、处突专业能力三个维度中遴选出23项指标组成警察临战处置能力构成要素体系。运用层次分析法,利用10.3yaahp软件计算出各项评价指标的权重系数并进行一致性检验,进而建立警察临战处置能力评价指标体系。该指标体系为警务实战教官及一线民警在警务实战训练过程中明确培训方向、细化实战训练目标、改革培训教材、创新实战训练方法提供了参考意见。
Use is made of literature review,interview survey and open questionnaire survey to select 23 indicators to constitute the police’s operation capability components system based on the three dimensions of consciousness,thinking and psychological quality,basic practical skills and professional emergency-handling ability.Use is also made of hierarchical analysis approach,and the 10.3 yaahp software to calculate the weight coefficient of each evaluation index and conduct a consistency test,and in turn,establish the evaluation index system for the police’s operation capability.The system offers a reference for police practical instructors and frontline police to clarify the training direction,specify the practical training objectives,reform the training textbooks,and innovate practical training methods in the practical police training.
