摘要
公安学术期刊具有重要的价值和作用,但在发展中却普遍面临着影响力不足、优质稿源稀缺、资源保障乏力等问题。以公安院校社科学报为例,通过翔实的问卷调查数据分析,深入探讨普通学术期刊的可持续发展问题。市场化不足、体制性限制、封闭性文化是普通学术期刊发展困境的本质原因,应通过刊网融合、专题策划、聚焦传播、整合资源等措施突破办刊困境。
Public security academic journals are not as attractive as core journals,but they also have important value.There are many problems in their development,such as lacking of influence,high-quality manuscripts and resources.By taking the social science journals of public security colleges as an example,this paper probes into the sustainable development of general academic journals through detailed analysis of questionnaire data.Lacking of marketization,institutional restriction and closed circle culture are the essential reasons for the development barriers of ordinary academic journals.The solutions to breaking the barriers include integrating journals and networks,planning special themes and focusing on dissemination and integrating resources.
