摘要
目的:探讨现代服药辟谷治疗前后患者心血管疾病危险因素变化情况。方法:采用回顾性、自身对照的临床研究方法,共纳入192例,分别于辟谷前、辟谷后观察患者心血管疾病危险因素变化情况。结果:患者体重、血压、血糖、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、甘油三酯、胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)等辟谷前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。辟谷前心血管疾病危险因素已超过临床危险临界值的患者变化程度较正常受试者差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:现代服药辟谷对超重/肥胖、高血压、高血糖、高甘油三酯等心血管疾病危险因素有改善作用,可降低IGF-1,并可良性双向调节血压。
Objective:To analyze the changes in patients’cardiovascular disease risk factors before and after modern Chinese medication fasting.Methods:A self-controlled retrospective clinical study was conducted,and 192 patients were enrolled to observe the changes in cardiovascular disease risk factors before and after the treatment.Results:After the treatment,compared with baseline values,patients’body weight,blood pressure,blood glucose,HOMA-IR,triglyceride,and IGF-1 decreased significantly(P<0.01).Patients with baseline values exceeded the clinical risk threshold before the treatment benefited more than normal subjects(P<0.01).Conclusion:Modern Chinese medication fasting has good effects on cardiovascular disease risk factors including overweight/obesity,hypertension,hyperglycemia,and hypertriglyceridemia can significantly reduce IGF-1 and regulate blood pressure bidirectionally.
