摘要
高校实验室含危险有害因素种类多、数量大,事故后果严重。为了降低高校实验室事故发生带来的损失和危害,根据安全评价原理和安全评价指标体系建立原则,从安全规章制度、人的因素、仪器设备与化学品、管理与使用、应急管理5个方面建立全面、合理的高校实验室安全评价指标体系。通过专家咨询法和层次分析法确定1级、2级评价指标的权重,采用模糊综合评价法对高校实验室进行安全评价,确定实验室安全等级。根据高校实验室安全评价过程和评价结果分析影响实验室安全的关键因素,在此基础上,结合安全管理理论,制定有针对性的安全对策,对于预防高校实验室事故发生具有重要的意义。
There are many kinds and large quantities of dangerous and harmful factors in university laboratories. In order to reduce the loss and hazard caused by the accidents in university laboratories,according to the principles of safety evaluation,a comprehensive and reasonable safety evaluation index system is established with five aspects,i. e.,safety rules and regulations,human factors,equipment and chemicals,management and use,and emergency management.Taking a university laboratory as an example,the weights of the first and second evaluation indexes are determined by expert consultation method and analytic hierarchy process (AHP),and the safety evaluation is carried out by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to determine the safety level of laboratories. Based on the process and results of laboratory safety evaluation in universities,the key factors affecting laboratory safety are analyzed. On this basis,combined with safety management theory,the formulation of targeted safety countermeasures is of great significance for preventing laboratory accidents in universities.
