摘要
心内科病种繁多,且涉及内容较广,为了提高日后医疗质量,还需规范教学模式。传统化教学方案虽能够帮助护生了解心内科相关知识,但较为片面化,且无法调动护生学习积极性和主动性,影响教学质量。而案例教学法能够以学生为主体,以问题、案例为基础,提高护生自我学习能力和思考能力,且通过在解决问题、分析问题、发现问题的循环状态下,利于培养护生综合专业技能,调动学习积极性和主动性,提高护生解决和分析问题能力、语言表达能力、团队协作能力、自主学习能力,进而保证日后医疗质量。即便案例教学法效果显著,但仍存在不足之处,比如案例选择不当便可影响整体教学效果,因此在教学期间,还需注意几点,即案例选择、适当联合其他教学方案等。
Cardiology has many kinds of diseases and involves a wide range of contents.In order to improve the quality of medical treatment in the future,it is necessary to standardize the teaching mode.Although the traditional teaching program can help nursing students understand the relevant knowledge of cardiology,it is more one-sided,and can not mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of nursing students,affecting the quality of teaching.The case teaching method can improve the self-learning ability and thinking ability of nursing students by taking students as the main body and taking problems and cases as the basis.By solving problems,analyzing problems and finding problems in a circular state,it is conducive to cultivating nursing students’comprehensive professional skills,mobilizing their learning enthusiasm and initiative,and improving their ability of solving problems,analyzing problems and expressing language.Team cooperation ability,self-learning ability,and then ensure the quality of medical care in the future.Even though the effect of case teaching method is remarkable,there are still some shortcomings,such as improper case selection can affect the overall teaching effect.Therefore,during the teaching period,we should pay attention to a few points,namely,case selection,appropriate combination of other teaching programs,and so on.
