摘要
目的:探讨益肾健骨法对2型糖尿病合并骨质疏松症骨代谢相关指标的影响。方法:纳入2016年4月-2018年12月河南省郑州市骨科医院中医科进行治疗的136例患者进行研究。随机分为2组,每组68例。对照组:阿法骨化醇软胶囊治疗。观察组:联合使用益肾健骨法治疗。观察血糖相关指标、血钙、血磷、尿钙水平、骨密度变化情况;观察BGP、NTX变化情况。结果:观察组干预后血糖相关指标改善较好,差异显著(P<0.05),观察组干预后血钙、血磷、尿钙水平改善较好,差异显著(P<0.05),观察组干预后骨密度改善较好,差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组干预后BGP、NTX改善较好,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:益肾健骨法对2型糖尿病合并骨质疏松症骨代谢相关指标有一定的疗效,可以改善患者的血糖水平、血钙、血磷、尿钙水平、骨密度,应用价值较高。
Objective:To investigate the effect of Yishenjiangu method on bone metabolism related indexes of type 2 diabetes with osteoporosis.Methods:A total of 136 patients treated in the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Zhengzhou Orthopedic Hospital of Henan Province from April 2016 to December 2018 were included in the study.They were randomly divided into 2 groups with 68 cases in each group.Control group:Alfacalcidol soft capsule treatment.Observation group:Combined with Yishen Jiangu method.Observe changes in blood glucose-related indicators,blood calcium,blood phosphorus,urine calcium levels,and bone density;observe changes in BGP and NTX.Results:The blood glucose-related indicators of the observation group improved better after the intervention,with significant differences (P<0.05).The blood calcium,blood phosphorus,and urine calcium levels of the observation group improved after the intervention,and the differences were significant (P<0.05).Bone density improved better,with a significant difference (P<0.05).After intervention in the observation group,BGP and NTX improved better,with significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusion:Yishen Jiangu method has certain curative effect on bone metabolism related indexes of type 2 diabetes with osteoporosis,and it can improve the blood glucose level,blood calcium,blood phosphorus,urine calcium level and bone density of patients,and its application value is high.
