摘要
目的:探讨温针灸对气血两虚型产后身痛患者免疫功能及红细胞沉降速率的影响。方法:选取我院2017年11月-2019年1月收治的116例气血两虚型产后身痛患者,随机分为2组,各58例。对照组予以八珍颗粒治疗,观察组予以温针灸治疗,比较两组临床疗效、免疫功能指标、红细胞沉降速率(ESR)、疼痛程度。结果:与对照组相比,观察组总有效率较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与治疗前相比,两组治疗4周后免疫球蛋白lgG、lgM、lgA均升高,ESR均降低,且观察组变化明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对气血两虚型产后身痛患者采用温针灸治疗效果显著,可减轻患者疼痛程度,改善免疫功能及降低细胞沉降速率。
Objective:To investigate the effects of warm acupuncture on immune function and red blood cell sedimentation rate in patients with postpartum pain due to deficiency of both Qi and blood.Methods:A total of 116 patients with postpartum body pain with Qi and blood deficiency were selected from our hospital from November 2017 to January 2019,and were randomly divided into 2 groups,each with 58 patients.The control group was treated with Bazhen granules,and the observation group was treated with warm acupuncture.The clinical efficacy,immune function indicators,red blood cell sedimentation rate (ESR),and pain degree of the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the total effective rate in the observation group was higher,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the immunoglobulins lgG,lgM,and lgA increased after 4 weeks of treatment in both groups.,ESR were reduced,and the changes in the observation group were significant,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Warm acupuncture treatment is effective for patients with postpartum body pain due to deficiency of both qi and blood,which can reduce the pain of patients,improve immune function and reduce the rate of cell sedimentation.
