摘要
产后身痛多因产妇产后气血亏虚,风、寒、湿等外邪侵袭,或瘀血阻滞经络,阳气亏损,经脉痹阻所致,临床表现为肢体、腰膝、关节疼痛或全身酸痛等证候。艾灸具有温经散寒、扶阳固脱、消瘀散结、防病保健等治疗作用。督脉为“阳脉之海”,总督人体一身之阳气,为调节人体阳气重要交通枢纽;督脉与手足三阳经相交,对手足三阳经有统领协调的作用,有助于脏腑之间的沟通。艾灸督脉可激发其经气,以奏回阳、扶阳、补阳、壮阳之功。产后身痛施以督脉艾灸具有振奋阳气,扶阳补气,温经散寒,通痹止痛的临床效果。本文通过分析产后身痛的发病机理,探讨督脉艾灸治疗产后身痛的作用机制。
Postpartum body pain is mainly caused by postpartum qi and blood deficiency,wind,cold and dampness and other external evil invasion,or blood stasis block meridians,Yang qi deficit,meridians obstruction,clinical manifestations of limb waist and knee joint pain or systemic pain and other symptoms moxibustion has warm meridian,cold,fu Yang,solid,elimination of stasis,disease prevention and health care and other therapeutic effects du meridian is the sea of Yang veins,the governor of the body Yang qi,for regulating the body Yang important transportation hub;Du and hand and foot three Yang meridian intersection,the hand and foot three Yang meridian has the role of coordination,help to the communication between the viscera.Moxibustion du meridian can stimulate its qi,to play back to Yang,fu Yang,Yang,Yang zhuang.?Postpartum body pain with Du-mai moxibustion has the clinical effect of inspiring Yang qi,fuyang qi,warm meridians disperse cold,tongbi analgesic,is an effective method to intervene postpartum body pain.?In this paper,through the analysis of the pathogenesis of postpartum body pain,discusses the mechanism of action of Du moxibustion in the treatment of postpartum body pain,aiming at the clinical use of Du moxibustion intervention postpartum body pain,in order to improve the treatment effect of postpartum body pain.
