摘要
少子老龄化已经成为我国人口结构的基本态势。在少子老龄化背景下,无论是社会经济发展、社区治理还是家庭建设等方面均面临着新的问题。为应对挑战,社区老年教育需实现时代性的转型:指导思想由"赋权"转向为"增能",教育目标由"学有乐"擢升到"学有为",教育实践由"休闲娱乐"转型为"提升发展"。
The low fertility and population aging seems to be a tendency in China today, which brings lots of new problems to the social economy, community governance, and family constructions. To cope with these challenges, Community Education for the Elderly needs an epochal transformation in its guidelines, educational goals and practices. We should not only change our guidelines from "empowerment" to "energy-enhancing", but also make "learning with action" instead of "learning with pleasure" as our educational goal, and the emphasis of educational practice should no longer be "recreation" but "advancement".
