摘要 植物性饲料原料经过微生物发酵技术发酵,不仅可以改善饲料原料理化性质,降解畜禽难以消化利用的粗纤维等成分及对动物本身有副作用的抗营养因子和毒素,提高饲料原料的饲用价值,而且还可以改善动物肠道健康,提高动物免疫力。本文对微生物发酵技术在畜禽动物生产中的应用研究进展进行综述。 The fermentation of plant feed materials by microbial fermentation technology can improve the physical and chemical properties of feed materials,and degrade the crude fiber and other components which are difficult to be digested and utilized by livestock and poultry.Furthermore,it can degrade the anti-nutritional factors and toxins which have side effects on animals themselves,and improve the intestinal health of animals and enhance the immunity of animals.In this paper,the application and research progress of microbial fermentation technology used in livestock and poultry production were reviewed.
