育肥猪中槟榔芋发酵皮粉替代玉米粉饲喂效果研究

摘要 为充分发挥农村当地特色可开发饲料资源,本试验进行了育肥猪中槟榔芋发酵皮粉替代玉米饲喂效果的研究。试验选取45头体重、体型相似,初始体重为(37.83±2.32)kg的健康杜长大三元猪,随机分为3个处理,每个处理15头。对照组饲喂无槟榔芋发酵皮粉替代的基础日粮,试验1组和试验2组分别饲喂槟榔芋发酵皮粉替代基础日粮玉米的10%和20%。预试期7 d,正试期143 d,共150 d。结果表明:槟榔芋发酵皮粉的营养价值与玉米相似,且符合饲料卫生指标,用其替代玉米具有可行性。试验1组和试验2组育肥猪的末重、平均总采食量和平均日采食量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),与对照组相比,试验1组和试验2组的末重分别提高11.04%、12.98%,平均总采食量分别提高20.73%、21.22%,平均日采食量分别提高14.47%、14.91%。除谷丙转氨酶指标外,3个处理组猪只的其他13个血液生化指标均无显著差异(P>0.05),试验1组的谷丙转氨酶活力与对照组相比显著提高60.69%(P<0.05)。另外,试验1组血清中葡萄糖含量较试验2组显著提高47.11%(P<0.05)。经计算,以20%槟榔芋发酵皮粉替代玉米的育肥猪饲料每吨可节省396.50元,按10元/kg的猪肉价格计算,其净收益比对照组高154.98元,按16元/kg的猪肉价格计算,其净收益比对照组高260.40元。因此,10%和20%槟榔芋发酵皮粉替代玉米饲喂育肥猪均可显著提高育肥猪的生产性能,在猪肉价格达到16元/kg时,10%和20%的替代水平均显示了不同程度的经济效益,市场猪肉价格越高,经济效益越显著,其中20%的替代水平经济效益优于10%的替代水平。 In order to give full play and develop to the local characteristics of feed resources,this experiment carried out research on the feeding effect of taro peel fermented powder(TPFP)instead of corn in finisher pigs.A total of 45 finisher pigs(Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire)with the body weight(37.83±2.32 kg)were randomly divided into 3 treatments with 10 replicates in each treatment and one pig in each replicate.The basal diet without TPFP was used as the control group(CK group),and two level of taro peel(10%and 20%)were used to replace corn labeled as treatment 1(T1 group)and treatment 2(T2 group),respectively.The pre-feeding period was 7 d,and the trial period was 143 d,a total of 150 d.The results showed that the nutritional value of TPFP was similar to that of corn,and it conformed to the feed hygiene index,so it was feasible to replace corn.Compared with CK group,the final weight in T1 and T2 groups were increased by 11.04%and 12.98%(P<0.05),average TPFP intake were increased by 20.73%and 21.22%(P<0.05),average daily feed intake were increased by 14.47%and 14.91%(P<0.05).Except for the GPT,there was no significant difference in the other 13 blood biochemical indexes of the pigs in the three treatment groups(P>0.05).The GPT of T1 group was significantly increased by 60.69%compared with CK group(P<0.05),and the Glu of T1 group was significantly increased by 47.11%(P<0.05)compared with T2 group.If the pork price was 10 yuan/kg,its net income was 134.27 yuan higher than that control group,and if it was 16 yuan/kg,the net income was 239.69 yuan higher than control group.Therefore,10%and 20%TPFP could significantly improve the production performance of finisher pigs by replacing corn.When the pork price reaches 16 yuan/kg,both 10%and 20%replacement levels were showing its economic benefits.The higher the market pork price,the more significant the economic benefits.The finisher pigs were fed a diet with TPFP instead of 20%corn could not only saved the cost of raw materials,but also improved their production performance.
