摘要
本文对牛羊开食料的起源与发展、分类和作用以及研究进展进行了综述。着重阐述了国内外关于牛羊开食料的营养水平和来源、物理形态和补饲粗饲料对犊牛和羔羊生长发育的影响,为犊牛和羔羊科学饲养、健康发育提供理论指导和参考依据。同时对牛羊开食料的研究方向和发展前景进行了展望。
In this paper,the origin and development,classification and function of calves and lambs’starter feed were reviewed,and focused on elaborating the effects of different nutrition levels and sources,physical forms starter and supplemented with crude feed on growth and development of calves and lambs.It provided important theoretic guidance and reference basis to scientific feeding,healthy development of calves and lambs.At same time,we pointed out the research direction and prospects for development of calves and lambs’starter feed.
