摘要
为进一步做好新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情的防控,提高医疗机构面对突发公共卫生事件的快速反应能力和应急处理能力,本文总结COVID-19疫情期间医疗机构药事管理的经验,并组织相关专家进行论证,最终形成了药事管理应急预案。本应急预案包含合理的组织架构,明确的岗位职责,切实可行的工作模式,应急药师队伍的建立以及捐赠药品和消毒剂的管理等。该应急预案内容全面、详实,可操作性和指导性强,有助于医疗机构药事管理工作在应对突发公共卫生事件时能快速反应、高效运行,保障疫情防控期间药品和消毒剂的及时供应和安全、合理使用。
To prevent and control the outbreak of corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19)pandemic and improve the rapid response of medical institutions to public health emergencies,we summarized the practical experience of hospital pharmacy administration in the outbreak of COVID-19.We organized various experts to establish consensus on the emergency plan of hospital pharmacy administration.The emergency plan included constructing reasonable organizational structure,establishing clear job responsibilities for each position and feasible working model,building emergency pharmacist team and management of donation of medicines and disinfectants and so on.This emergency plan is comprehensive,detailed,and operational.It helps medical institutions to respond quickly to operate efficiently to ensure timely supply and safe and rational use of drugs and disinfectants during public health emergencies.
