摘要
目的 对医院药学部门应对突发事件的综合管理模式构建情况进行分析探究。方法 研究时间段为近2年,选取阳西总医院人民医院2021年1月-2021年12月收治的出现突发事件的患者50例进行分析,按照管理方式的不同将这些患者随机分2组,一组采取综合管理方式开展医疗服务作为观察组,一组采取常规管理方式作为对照组(未实施综合管理方式)。对两种管理方式中的实施效果进行对比分析,指标为对比两组药学部门工作质量评分及治疗满意度。结果 观察组的药学部门工作质量评分高于对照组,两组差异显著(P<0.05);观察组的治疗满意度明显高于对照组,两组差异显著(P<0.05)。结论 在医院对应突发事件中,通过应用综合管理模式,能起到较好的管理作用,在综合管理模式的应用下,能有效加强药学管理等方面工作,起到较好的治疗效果,有助于提升药学部门工作质量,能够为患者提供更好医疗服务,促进治疗满意度的提升,医院在应对突发事件中的处理能力也能得到有效地加强,值得推广应用。
Objective To analyze and explore the construction of comprehensive management mode of hospital pharmacy department.Methods The research period is in the past 2 years.The time is selected from January 2021 to December 2021 in our hospital,and 50 patients with emergencies admitted to our hospital are selected for analysis,and randomLy divide these patients into 2 groups according to different management methods,one group adopted comprehensive management to carry out medical services as the observation group,and the one group adopted conventional management as the control group(The comprehensive management method has not been implemented).A comparative analysis of the implementation effects of the two management methods was carried out.The indicators were to compare the work quality scores and treatment satisfaction of the two groups of pharmacy departments.Results The pharmacy department work quality score of the observation group was higher than the control group (P<0.05);the treatment satisfaction was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion In the hospital’s response to emergencies,the comprehensive management model can play a better management role.Under the application of the comprehensive management model,it can effectively strengthen pharmaceutical management and other aspects to achieve better treatment effects and help In order to improve the quality of the work of the pharmacy department,it can provide better medical services to patients,promote the improvement of treatment satisfaction,and the hospital’s ability to deal with emergencies can also be effectively strengthened,which is worthy of promotion and application.
