65株副溶血性弧菌分子分型及耐药特征分析 被引量:9

Molecular typing and drug resistance characteristics of 65 strains of Vibrio arahaemolyticus

摘要 目的了解副溶血性弧菌分子分型及耐药特征,为防控副溶血性弧菌引起的肠道腹泻病及临床治疗用药提供基础数据。方法收集2017年不同时间、不同区域分离的65株副溶血性弧菌,进行毒力基因检测、药敏试验,PFGE分型。结果65株副溶血性弧菌,tdh携带率为100%,trh基因全部菌株阴性。65株副溶血性弧菌对氨苄西林敏感率为43.1%,对磺胺异恶唑敏感率为36.9%,对阿奇霉素和头孢西丁敏感率分别为95.4%和98.5%,对其他13种抗菌药敏感率达到100.0%。65株副溶血性弧菌的PFGE图谱分为51个PFGE型别,不同PFGE型别的相似系数介于7.08%~94.87%,同一带型2株菌以上的带型有10个。结论副溶血性弧菌分离株主要携带tdh基因,副溶血性弧菌对氨苄西林、磺胺异恶唑、阿奇霉素头孢西丁这4类抗生素有耐药性。副溶血性弧菌菌株的PFGE型别呈多态性,同时存在2株以上的聚集簇,对于患者相关PFGE图谱成簇的菌株应加强流行病学调查和溯源工作。 Objective To understand the molecular typing and drug resistance characteristics of Vibrio parahaemolyticus,so as to provide basic data for the prevention and control of intestinal diarrhea caused by Vibrio parahaemolyticus.Methods Totally,65 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus isolated at different time and in different regions were selected for virulence gene detection,drug sensitivity and PFGE typing.Results The carrying rate of tdh for 65 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus was 100%(65/65),and all strains of trh(related hemolysin gene)were negative.The sensitivity rate of 65 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus to ampicillin was 43.1%,the sensitivity to sulfamethoxazole was 36.9%,the sensitivity to azithromycin and cefoxitin was 95.4%and 98.5%,and the sensitivity to other 13 antibacterials was 100.0%.The 65 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus can be divided into 51 PFGE types.The similarity coefficients of different PFGE types ranged from 7.08%to 94.87%,and there were 10 bands with the same band type of more than 2 strains.Conclusion The Vibrio parahaemolyticus isolate mainly carries virulence gene tdh.Vibrio parahaemolyticus is resistant to four kinds of antibiotics such as ampicillin,sulfisoxazole and azithromycin cefoxitin.The PFGE type of Vibrio parahaemolyticus strain is polymorphic.For the strains with the same PFGE band type,epidemiological investigation and traceability should be strengthened.
