摘要
PulseNet China是我国细菌性传染病分子分型实验室监测网络,是中国疾控系统在病原菌监测领域技术进步和科技创新的平台。本文阐述了PulseNet China网络在传染病暴发的早期预警、溯源、突发公共卫生事件应对中的作用,介绍了PulseNet China工作进展、发展目标以及2012年重点工作,讨论了PulseNet China现阶段存在的问题及对策。PulseNet China是我国细菌性传染病分型监测网络化理念创新,是未来我国实验室病原体监测的发展方向和关键支撑技术。PulseNet China将病原菌分子分型监测形成的技术成果和创新转化为我国传染病预防控制的技术手段,是我国转化预防医学的实践,也是为我国传染病预防控制和食品安全以及为我国民生事业做出相应贡献的专业实践。
Currently, communicable diseases can rapidly spread worldwide with ease, and many countries increasingly attach great importance to communicable disease surveillance, especially to laboratory surveillance. PulseNet China is the National Molecular Subtyping Network for Bacterial Infectious Diseases in China, which playes a critical role in respond to bacterial infectious disease outbreaks in China , and it is a model network for communication and collaboration among partners involved in communicable disease surveillance. This paper describes the current status of PulseNet China , and meanwhile, discusses the current challenges and the potential improvements for pathogen surveillance in China, including the needs to construct or adjust the system for Chinese pathogen surveillance.
