摘要
巢式病例对照研究是近年文献中出现渐多的一种流行病学研究方法,其设计效率高、花费少,能够充分体现中医药复杂干预的特点,应用于中医临床疗效评价具有科学性、可行性。介绍巢式病例对照研究的基本概念、应用范畴,分析了现有中医临床疗效评价方法存在的问题,阐述了巢式病例对照研究的方法学优点和局限,并总结了将巢式病例对照研究应用于中医临床疗效评价的方法学要点。旨在规范巢式病例对照研究在中医临床疗效评价的应用,为中医临床疗效评价提供新的思路和方法。
Nested case-control study is an epidemiological research method that has appeared in the literature in recent years. Its design efficiency is high and its cost is low. It can fully reflect the characteristics of complex intervention of traditional Chinese medicine and it is scientific and feasible to be applied to the evaluation of clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine. This article introduces the basic concepts and application scope of nested case-control research,analyzes the existing problems of clinical evaluation methods of traditional Chinese medicine,expounds the methodological advantages and limitations of nested case-control study,and summarizes the methodological points of the nested case-control study for the evaluation of clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine. The purpose of this study is to standardize the application of nested case-control study in the evaluation of clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicineand provide new ideas and methods for the evaluation of clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine.
