摘要
队列研究方法应用于治疗措施评价的一个重要特点是治疗被视为暴露而非干预。首先介绍暴露和暴露因素的流行病学概念、常用的定义和测量具体研究中暴露因素的方法;然后结合中医临床的自身特点,对中医临床研究所涉及的暴露因素及其测量方法提出解决方案。
Exposure is a term used in epidemiology, and is often used in cohort study. The definition and measurement of exposure would influence the application of cohort study and judgement of outcome. This article introduced the definition and measurement of exposure in epidemiology, and combining the characters of TCM, the author tried to discuss the method of definition and measurement of exposure when applied in TCM research.
