摘要
【目的/意义】在线健康信息平台逐渐成为人们获取健康信息的主要来源,通过对在线健康信息平台的评价,可以帮助其改进自身建设情况,更好地为用户提供健康服务。【方法/过程】本文基于信息构建理论的四个核心要素,即信息组织、信息标识、信息导航和信息检索,构建评价指标体系,并融合了用户评价法、专家评价法和客观评价法提出了具体的量化策略。然后选取28个婴幼儿健康信息平台为样本对评价指标体系进行验证。【结果/结论】评价结果发现,婴幼儿健康信息平台在信息标识方面表现较好,但是系统交互功能、网站地图建设、信息检索功能等方面存在不足。
【Purpose/significance】The online healthcare information platform has gradually become the primary source of healthcare information for people.Evaluating the online healthcare information platform is beneficial to its own construc tion,which will eventually help to provide better service to users.【Method/process】This paper makes contribution to con struct an evaluation index system which is based on the four fundamental elements of information construction theory,they are information organization,information identification,information navigation and information retrieval.Then a specific quantitative strategyis proposed by fusing user evaluation method,expert evaluation method and objective evaluation meth od.Finally,28 infant healthcare information platforms are selected as sample to verify the evaluation index system.【Result/conclusion】The empirical evaluation results illustrate the excellent performance in information identification of infant health information platforms,as well as shed light on some shortcomings in system interaction function,website map con struction and information retrieval.
