摘要
目的探索在互联网情境下影响健康信息平台服务质量的关键动因,为国内健康信息平台的质量优化、用户的体验提升提供借鉴和参考。方法采用问卷调查法搜集到373份数据,结合结构方程模型方法验证假设和概念模型。结果研究发现,对健康信息服务平台质量有直接作用的有感知有用性(β=0.359, P<0.05)、感知易用性(β=0.144, P<0.05)、感知交互性(β=0.162, P<0.05)和影响力(β=0.280, P<0.05);其中,信息质量影响感知有用性,可获得性影响感知有用性和感知交互性,网站结构影响感知有用性、感知易用性和感知交互性,以及网站服务影响感知有用性、感知易用性、感知交互性和影响力。结论提升平台的信息质量、可获得性、网站结构以及网站服务质量,能有效提升健康信息服务平台的质量。
Objective To explore the critical factors that affect the quality of health information platform in Internet context, and provide reference for the quality optimization of domestic health information platform and user experience improvement. Methods A questionnaire survey was used to collect 373 data and structural equation modeling was use to validate hypotheses and the conceptual model. Results The study found that there was direct effect on the quality of health information service platform: perceived usefulness (β = 0. 359, P < 0. 05), perceived ease of use (β = 0. 144, P < 0. 05), perceived interactivity (β =0. 152, P <0. 05) and website influence (β =0. 280, P <0.05). Among 4 factors, information quality affected perceived usefulness, information availability affected perceived usefulness and perceived interactivity, website design affected perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and perceived interactivity, and web services affected perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived interactivity and website influence. Conclusion Improving the information quality, availability, website structure and website services of the upgrade platform can effectively improve the quality of the health information service platform.
