摘要
【目的/意义】社会化媒体已经成为企业和组织工作中的一种新兴趋势,但少有研究在工作情境下探讨社会化媒体采纳的具体行为和其影响机制。【方法/过程】将工作情境下的社会化媒体使用行为分为强化使用和多样使用两类,以S-O-R理论为基础框架,结合技术接受模型和动机理论,构建工作中使用社会化媒体的两类动机及其对使用行为影响的研究模型,同时还讨论了惯性对意图与两类使用行为影响的调节作用。【结果/结论】通过实际工作中的问卷数据进行实证分析,研究结果表明:个人层面和任务层面的动机在使用者采纳社会化媒体中扮演着积极的角色;使用者的惯性确实能够调节意图与行为之间的关系。
【Purpose/significance】Social media has become a new working mode in the enterprises and organizations. However, few studies have explored the specific behaviors and influence mechanism of social media adoption in the work context.【Method/process】This paper divides the social media using behavior in workplace into two categories based on S-O-R framework, which are reinforced use and varied use. Then the model of researching users’ two types of motivations of using social media in workplace and the influence of motivations on using behaviors is built according to TAM and motivation theory. The moderation effects of inertia on the relationship between the using intention to two types of using behavior are also discussed.【Result/conclusion】Through empirical analysis of the questionnaire data in actual work, the results show that the motivation at the individual level and task level plays a positive role in users’ adoption of social media. And users’ inertia does regulate the relationship between intention and behavior.
