摘要 为了及时、有效地对采煤机液压故障诊断提供支持,采用本体技术对液压系统故障知识建模,结合模糊推理设计采煤机液压故障诊断系统,通过故障案例验证系统诊断的准确性,对采煤机液压故障诊断技术有着一定的参考、促进作用。 In order to support the fault diagnosis of shearer hydraulic system in time and effectively, the fault knowledge of the hydraulic system is modeled by the ontology technology, and a fault diagnosis system for shearer hydraulic system is designed by combining with the fuzzy reasoning. The accuracy of the diagnosis system is verified by the hydraulic fault cases, which has a certain reference and promotion effect on the hydraulic fault diagnosis technology of shearer.
