摘要
对雪燕水溶性多糖的超声辅助提取工艺进行了响应面法优化研究。以水为提取剂,在雪燕粉末充分溶胀的基础上,考查超声提取温度、超声时间、料液比等因素对提取率的影响。在单因素试验的基础上,采用Box-beheken试验设计方案,以水溶性多糖提取率为指标,响应面法优化得到的超声辅助提取雪燕水溶性多糖最佳提取工艺为超声提取温度46℃,超声时间0.74 h,料液比1∶266(g∶m L)。在该条件下进行试验,雪燕水溶性多糖实际产率为67.39%±0.53%,与模型预计结果 68.91%的相对误差为1.56%,所建模型与采用的优化方法可靠,适用于雪燕水溶性多糖的超声波辅助提取。
Response surface methodology was used to optimize the ultrasonic-assisted extraction of water-soluble polysaccharides from snow petrel.Based on the full swelling of snow petrel powder with water as extractant,the effects of ultrasonic extraction temperature,ultrasonic time and liquid-to-material ratio on the extraction rate were investigated.On the basis of single factor experiment,Box-beheken design scheme was adopted.Taking the extraction rate of water-soluble polysaccharides as the index,the optimal extraction technology of water-soluble polysaccharides from snow petrel by ultrasound-assisted extraction was optimized by response surface methodology.The optimum extraction conditions were as follows:ultrasonic extraction temperature 46℃,ultrasonic time 0.74 h,liquid-to-material ratio 1∶266(g∶mL).Under this conditions,the actual yield of water-soluble polysaccharides from snow petrel 67.39%±0.53%,and the relative error 1.56% compared with the model predicted result of 68.91%.The model and the optimization method were reliable and suitable for the ultrasonic-assisted extraction of water-soluble polysaccharides from snow petrel.
