摘要
分析了塔里木大学"食品工艺学"教学现状,根据食品科学与工程专业的特征,结合PBL教学方法,对"食品工艺学"的教学和实践的内容、方法、考核体系进行了探索。旨在为"食品工艺学"的教学实践提供理论指导,为培养应用型高级人才奠定基础。
The present situation of teaching for Food Technology in Tarim University was analyzed in this paper.According to the characteristics of food science and engineering major,and combined with problem-based learning(PBL)teaching method,the contents,methods and assessment system of Food Technology teaching and practice were explored.The aim of this paper was to provide the theoretical guidance for the teaching practice of the Food Technology and lay the foundation for cultivating the applied high-level talents.
